To Export Snapshots

Follow these steps to export all snapshots for a communication, to Microsoft Excel.
  1. Open the communication for which you want to export its snapshots.
  2. Select the Snapshots tab. This tab lists all snapshots for the selected communication.
  3. From the Actions menu, select Export all to Excel.
A list of all snapshots is exported to Microsoft Excel.
